In the past couple of years I've learnt that there are no simple things in life. Everything we create and think is a piece of raw art. .

Tasting wine, drawing, cooking, making a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. It all takes a long time to master. You know. Learning to do all these simple things in life takes time and repetition and patience. .

That's why pearls have been fascinating me for so many years. .

A natural pearl of value is found in less than 1 in every 10,000 wild oysters, and saltwater pearls can take up to 20 years to form. .

Your pearl jewellery is a piece of art, and the time it takes for nature to master the most raw forms of pearls is impossible to value.

Here are my favourite pearl jewellery pieces I've photographed this year. Branding Photography in Bristol, especially when it has anything to do with shiny pearls, is my absolute favourite.
