FAQ's
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH NEW CONTENT EVERY MONTH?
- All of our social media packages are created to allow us produce 3 months worth of content.
This means we do one full day product photoshoot and one full day model photoshoot at the beginning of our contract, creating enough images and videos for the 90 day period.
This content will be edited and sent out in 3 batches.
HOW DOES THE MONTHLY PAYMENT SYSTEM WORK?
- There are 4 payments you will be making in a 3 month period.
To make it easier to understand, imagine you are going for a professional package for £990 per month.
PAYMENT ONE will hold the deposit of £200 and all of the creative team's fees: model, studio hire, hair & makeup, nails.. whatever you decide to book.
PAYMENT TWO will be made just before launching the first batch and after seeing the proofs. That's £990 in total.
PAYMENT THREE will be made before launching the second month's content, and that's £990 in total as well.
PAYMENT FOUR will be made before launching the third month's content, and it will have the deposit deducted from the final amount: £990 - £200 = the total of £790.
DO I HAVE TO TAKE THE ADDITIONAL SERVICES?

- as many as you like, it all depends on your budget!
DO I NEED TO BOOK A 1:1 SOCIAL MEDIA REVIEW?
- It's not obligatory, however we do strongly recommend doing that if you want your posts to have higher performance ratings.
IS THERE ANYTHING I WILL NEED TO DO ON MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT ONCE YOU TAKE OVER THE CONTENT CREATION?
- Whilst we will take care of the visual growth side of things, you still have to engage with your audience: like their posts, reply to DMs & comments, follow new people and show your face on stories once in a while. Creating relationships will remain a task that only you will be able to work on as much or little as you like every day.
